- Job Title : Design Engineer

Essential Duties & Responsibility:
1. Review 3D model and technical specification to understand and flow down the requirements to CFT team.
2. Prepare design output: BOM, 2D drawing, Rout card (for FAI part)
3. Prepare process flow chart , define key and special process
4. Support to production in development stage on each phase
5. Prepare graphical operation instruction for key and special process with check sheet
6. Review the update BOM QTY based on consolidated material list provide by production
7, Prepare configuration item, summarized BOM and maintain document as per QMS
8. Engage customer meetings and maintain MOM
9. Responsible for FAI product until will move to production
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
1. Candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
2. Under Graduation in Engineering or relevant
3. Hands on knowledge in either CATIA or Solid Works
4. Ability to attend tool test
5. Aware about basic sheet metal knowledge and industrial experience

Senior Engineer
Job Title : Senior Engineer -Purchase
Work Location : Coimbatore
Division / Department : Purchase
Reports to : Head-Purchase
Essential Duties & Responsibility:
1. Handle Raw material, Fasteners, Rubber products (NBR, EPDM ..), Imports, MROs, Laser cutting, Bending and Machining
2. Drawing study/ Understand the technical requirement
3. Supplier Selection
4. Float RFQ and get the quotation
5. Supplier evaluation
6. Preparing costing sheet and make the negotiation
7. Comparison sheet preparation and get approval from KTKC
8. Answer to KTKC team queries
9. PO Preparation and get approval from various department
10. Share the PO to supplier with delivery schedule and get the material from supplier as per our plan
11. Achieve the cost saving target
12. Share supplier performance report to our vendors and take Share supplier performance report to our vendors and take action for their improvement wherever required.
13. Maintain a Softcopy and Hardcopy of approved documents
14. Maintain ISO Records
15. Prepare MIS reports
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Experience: Need Candidate in Mechanical Engineering back ground with 5 Years’ Experience in Purchase activities.
Language Required : Tamil , English ( Read, Write, Speak ), Hindi (Optional – Read , Speak )

Willing to work in all shifts.
